Privacy
Plain language. We don’t use lawyer voice unless legally necessary, and most of this isn’t legally necessary — it’s just being honest about what we do with what you send us.
What we collect
- Form submissions on the get-help page. Whatever you typed, plus your email so we can reply.
- Intake conversation transcripts, if you talk to a deployed booking-agent on an artist’s, artisan’s, vendor’s, or venue’s site. Those transcripts belong to the artist / artisan / vendor / venue, not to us.
- Server access logs (URL, timestamp, IP, user-agent). Standard web-server stuff. Used for debugging and abuse mitigation, not analytics.
- Donation records when those rails are live. The payment processor sees your card data; we see your name, the amount, and your email if you provided one.
We do not run third-party analytics on this site. No GA4, no Plausible, no Fathom, no Hotjar, no Facebook Pixel. No newsletter pop-ups setting cookies before you opt in.
What we do with it
- Form submissions: we read them and reply.
- Transcripts: they belong to the artist, artisan, vendor, or venue whose intake produced them. We store them on their behalf so they can review them. We don’t sell them. We don’t analyze them across served parties without explicit consent.
- Logs: standard ops use. Rotated and discarded on a normal cadence.
- Donations: we record them so we can thank you and keep our books straight.
When you talk to a deployed booking-agent
You’re talking to an AI assistant operating on the artist’s, artisan’s, vendor’s, or venue’s behalf. We say so up front, in the conversation. The AI does not pretend to be the person in person. The AI does not sign contracts, accept bookings, or commit to dates. It produces a qualified lead package; the person makes the actual decision.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes. We share data only with: the payment processor (when donation rails are live), our hosting provider (incidentally, as your request hits their servers), the AI engine provider (Anthropic, for intake conversations — your message goes through their API to produce the AI’s response), and law enforcement when legally compelled.
Your rights
If you’re in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have rights to access, correct, and delete the data we hold about you. Email ask@psimatrix.ai to invoke any of those. You also have those rights even if you’re not in those jurisdictions. We just honor them by default.
