What this site is
PSIMATRIX.ai (this website) describes a community-funded project that builds and maintains conversational AI booking-agents and supporting digital infrastructure for artists, artisans, vendors, and venues — anchored in the Renaissance Faire community and serving the broader artistic community in similar modes. Information on the site is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.
What the platform does, and doesn’t do
The booking-agents we build for artists, artisans, vendors, and venues are AI assistants. They produce drafts. They do not sign contracts, accept bookings, commit to dates, or otherwise bind the served party legally. The artist / artisan / vendor / venue makes every yes/no decision.
If you’re a visitor talking to one of the deployed booking-agents and you treat the conversation as a binding agreement, that’s not what it is. It’s a structured intake conversation. A booking is confirmed when the artist, artisan, vendor, or venue confirms it directly.
Donations
Donations to PSIMATRIX.ai are voluntary. They are not refundable except where required by law. They do not entitle you to any specific service from us. They are not currently tax-deductible (we are not a 501(c)(3) at this time).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSIMATRIX.ai and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the site, the platform, or any service described here. If we screw something up, we’ll work to fix it; we can’t promise more than that.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
Changes
If we update these terms, we’ll update the date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
